Also, it comes with a brushed external finish and a stainless-steel handle with a detachable silicone sleeve that is fastened with three rivets to ensure firmer handling, and consequently, greater safety and stability during use. The perfect choice for amateur cooks who want to be chefs in their home kitchen! Recommendations for use: The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. Position the utensil's handle inward toward the centre of the stove. On stoves with grates, centre the piece on the flame or heat source and align the handle with the grate. Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children. This product can be placed in the oven, remember to remove the silicone sleeve before doing so. Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and then wash again. Your Starflon utensil is ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 C / 500 F). Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food. This product requires only cleaning and no maintenance. Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensils in cold water. Never use abrasive products when washing. For burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge. For a longer-lasting product, do not place it in the dishwasher. For product and packaging disposal, follow applicable recycling guidelines.
