Due to the Tri-Ply Base, the Tramontina Cookware will give a fantastic experience on all cooktops, including incredible results on Induction. Tramontina uses a thicker stainless steel encapsulated Aluminium Core Base, which results in better heat distribution and a noticeably lighter cookware.
Tramontina believe a Clean, No-Corner Design cookware makes cleaning easier! Allowing quick clean-ups in the sink or in the Dishwasher. After cleaning, wipe the cookware dry to retain the beautiful mirror finish. By utilising a Tri-Ply design, high heat is no longer needed, use a medium heat for the best cooking results. Our cookware is Oven safe to 260C.
