I love the products but the Beauty Advisor Thynley displayed a very poor and unprofessional attitude. Her manner was rude and dismissive, which made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. More concerning, while another staff member was assisting me with checkout, Thynley intervened and entered my purchase into the rewards system without asking for my rewards account details. It is therefore very clear that the purchase was not credited to my account, but to another account instead. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but also highly dishonest.
