I purchased this Baccarat frying pan a few weeks ago and have been using it almost every day. So far, it's been excellent. The non-stick surface works exactly as expected—eggs, pancakes, and other foods slide right off without sticking, and it requires very little oil. The pan heats evenly and feels solid without being too heavy. The handle is comfortable to grip, and it's easy to maneuver while cooking. Cleanup is also a breeze since food residue wipes away with minimal effort. After several weeks of regular use, the non-stick coating is still in great condition with no signs of peeling or scratching when used with the proper utensils.
