Missing 30% product, unsealed

The product came in unsealed and loose lid, and about 30-40% of liquid was missing. Not only that, but the straw that is used to make the spray function work inside the bottle was also not present. I had to get partial reimbursement from Myer so they gave me $10 as it was a hassle for me to return and I wanted to use the product. Myer should review this retailer and supplier!! I somehow applied the product to my scalp. It's very early days to see it work.
