Under normal use, the pan started sticking in less than four months. There has been no proper after-sales support, and I was even told that the pan should not be heated during use, which makes absolutely no sense for a frying pan. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not purchase this pan from Myer again.

Very happy so far. I purchased the 3 pack fry pans and a wok. They are quite heavy compared to the cheaper non stick woks and the quality is far superior. Only hiccup was actually Myer and the click and collect process. I ordered whilst on special, only for half my order to be cancelled. The price went up, ordered from a different store, item cancelled again. Then had to chose the 3 pack fry pans, only for them to be about $20 more expensive than if I had just purchased the 3 pack in the beginning. So Tefal gets 5 stars, Myer gets 1 star.
