The size is perfect for my needs, and it heats evenly, so my steak cooks uniformly with a nice brown crust. It’s also very easy to clean and scratch -resistant with little to no food sticking. Bro, I didn't even use oil and my fried rice just yeeted itself out of the pan like it had somewhere better to be. Even heat distribution? Flawless. I cooked a pancake so golden, I almost framed it. Induction-ready means this baby goes from cold to sizzling in SECONDS β€” faster than I can find my spatula (which, let’s be real, is saying something). The 30cm is my weekend warrior β€” stir-fry, paella, even a small pizza. The 26cm? My weekday workhorse β€” eggs, veggies, and the occasional "I forgot to defrost meat" scramble.
