[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using the Tefal Excellence+ Ceramic Induction Non-Stick Frypan 28cm. The ceramic coating is scratch proof and 4x extra long lasting compared to the regular Tefal coating. It comes with the iconic red dot indicator to let you know when the pan is the perfect temperature for cooking. The all metal handle also means you can pop this pan into the oven. The base of the pan is the perfect size for my induction stove and it allows the frypan to heat up quickly and evenly for a regulated cook. The evenness of the base also allows for golden searing of meat. The food just slides off the pan thanks to the ceramic non stick finish which also allows for quick and easy washing (no scrubbing necessary!). The 28cm pan is the perfect size for family cooking and I love the higher rim/deeper design that allows you to cook things that may require more liquid or more tossing/stirring. The pan is also suitable for all stove tops, not just induction!
