I roasted a whole 1.2 kg snapper in this Sea Blue/Green 32 cm Fish Oval Dish, surrounded by lemon, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and baby carrots, on a bed of small cut potatoes β and the result was perfection. The cast iron heated evenly, sealing in flavour while crisping the skin beautifully. What truly sets this dish apart is the self-basting lid. Tiny droplets of steam form underneath and gently rain back down over the fish, keeping it moist and tender throughout cooking. The difference is remarkable β no dryness, just succulent, evenly cooked flesh and vibrant vegetables. The heat retention is exceptional, and the presentation straight from oven to table is stunning. The Sea Blue/Green enamel is rich, coastal, and elegant β it elevates any dinner. The French quality feels built to last a lifetime.
