The topper is not fit for purpose. It is so soft that you sink into it that you cannot turn over and is difficult to get up from it again. I have had thinner toppers that worked very well, but this one does not. The sender wrote that if a customer is not satisfied it can be returned if the packaging is still intact. The topper was protected underneath a mattress protector and fitted sheet and tested for 1 minute. I was advised as I opened it, it could not be returned.
