We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind, you can return your item online or at any Myer store. Please remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item.

Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

If you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase.

*For purchases made in November and December, you can refund or exchange until 31 January the following year.

Please make sure the item meets with our Returns Policy and that:

• The return is made within 30 days of purchase

• Items are unworn or in their original condition

• Items are not clearance, reduced to clear or Big & Bulky

• Items are not listed as exclusions in our Returns Policy

• You have acceptable proof of purchase
