We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind, you can return your item online or at any Myer store. Please remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item.

Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

If you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Routine Cleaning:
  • Refer to the details in the Non-Stick User Guide
  • When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed
  • Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately
  • Whilst dishwasher safe, Scanpan will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product
  • Do not use excessive high heat. It is not required
