- Care and Use Instructions: When cooking is complete, empty contents, use a nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, removing all food fat and residue. SCANPAN recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product. Do NOT use excessive high heat.

The 30cm TechnIQ Modern Skillet: This new TechnIQ range has been developed by SCANPAN with chefs, for chefs. Hand crafted from 100% recycled aluminium with the new and exclusive Stratanium nonstick surface, which is PFOA free and provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil - providing the perfect food release. The lower and slanted walls make turning food easy and allow steam to escape easily, keeping the pan dry to let a crust form. The rounded bottom makes whisking easy and helps food slide out easily from the pan. The extra long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven dishes - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Designed and made in Denmark. Suitable for use on all cooktops including induction. Products with stainless steel handles may get hot over time, so you may need to use an oven mitt when touching the handles.
