SCANPAN ProS+ cookware is oven safe to 250C with even heat distribution and unsurpassed durability. The stylish ergonomic handle stainless steel handle is fixed to the body of the pan using rivets.
100% of our Danish cookware is made without PFOA, PFOS and all other PFAS of concern. Our non-stick is safe. Full stop! The Danish Consumer council (TAENK) and the FDA deem our proprietary non-stick coating completely safe!ย The ProS+ range is suitable for all cooktops including induction.

Before First Use

Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush or scourer. Do not use harsh or metal scourers (refer website cleaning video)
Routine Cleaning
Refer to the cleaning video on this website and the details in the Non-Stick User Guide
When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
Do NOT use excessive high heat. It is not required
