This fry pan is designed and made in Denmark from environmentally friendly, recycled aluminium with Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating non-stick surface. Scanpan IQ cookware is oven safe to 250C with even heat distribution and unsurpassed durability. The stylish ergonomic handle is fixed to the body of the pan using a patented system without rivets, screws or springs.
100% of our Danish cookware is made without PFOA, PFOS and all other PFAS of concern. Our non-stick is safe. Full stop! The Danish Consumer council (TAENK) and the FDA deem our proprietary non-stick coating completely safe!

Maintenance and Care:

- Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush or scourer. Do not use harsh or metal scourers
Routine Cleaning:
- Refer to the cleaning video on this website and the details in the Non-Stick User Guide
- When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, Scanpan will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do Not use excessive high heat. It is not required
