Quality isn’t what it used to be for Sandler

This is the third pair I’ve purchased over 4 years and the quality is not the same as the original purchase. Both of my last 2 purchases are the same, a very poor fit around the strap near the ankle which leaves an ugly gap and makes my foot sit off the back of the shoe. So disappointed. They used to be so good, a perfect fit when I bought my first pair.
