Great Frames, but not all were as advertised.

Happy customer Donna β€” 2 out of 5 stars

The frame itself was great, but it had a plastic sheet in it instead of glass. All the descriptions said glass on the frames with mat board and plastic on the frames without mat board , so I returned them because they sent me the frames without the mat board. I reordered and they sent the correct ones with the mat board, but they still had plastic sheet and not glass as advertised, so I sent them back. It's only the A1 frames that have plastic sheet, all the other sizes have glass and are excellent quality. The return system and service was excellent. I had no problems with the customer service people, they were wonderful to deal with. I was glad I didn't have to pay for return postage both times. This made the service very usable and customer friendly.
