Works well

JDIggy — 5 out of 5 stars

This product was fairly easy to set up on the app, it works really well and has an automated mode where you can just leave it to work correctly in the background.

Excellent Air Purifier

I brought this and it has been wonderful for my husband who has allergies. Less sneezing which is great.

Good looking, large unit, no handles, work well.

Quite a big unit. Looks pretty handsome. I was unsure about the material top but it does look very good. The nighttime mode is very quiet and the other modes are less so with the highest mode being noisy but I like the white noise it creates. All the modes work well including the auto mode which goes up and down depending on the impurity level in the air. I have been using the unit for 2 months. The air does seem to be cleaner, when I have run it while sleeping my throat and nose do not get stuffy. I live in an older house with renters carpet, so I think there is a bit of dust and there is quite a bit of smoke in the air from all the wood fireplaces being used. I still do not understand why they allow them in Newcastle NSW in such built up residential areas, so much pollution that affects our lungs. I purchased this along with a dehumidifier from Bunnings to tackle a white mould issue I had in the house and I think the 2 together have been working pretty effectively. The control panel display shows the 3 different impurity levels in the air, I don’t know what they mean but I like that the display colour changes depending on the level of purity in the air, making it easy to read. The air purifier does not have a timer which would be nice to have. It does have an app which I haven’t used so maybe I could schedule the running time with that. I find it quite easy to move around though it doesn’t have any handles, I just pick it up by the main body from the bottoms third. The unit is quite wide but I don’t have trouble with it, it does just feel a bit weird wrapping my arms around it. It is not heavy and I am 155cm and not super strong. I would not pick it up from the top grey part as it might come apart and then get damaged. The unit was super easy to set up, all I had to do was open the filter compartment and remove the plastic covering the filter. Pop it back, plug in the machine and it was ready to go. Seeing the different types and levels of impurity in the air was very satisfying. I needed to leave it running for maybe 15 minutes in a closed room for it to get an accurate reading of the air quality. I do not know how much power the unit uses but don’t like running it 24/7. I more like to spot treat the rooms. It does make the air dryer and I do feel my face and throat are drier if I leave it on while I am sleeping which I don’t like. The moisture level in the room doesn’t change though only the level in the air.
