Poor fabric material

Very pretty shoe but the moment I opened the box a lot of the diamonds were already falling off and due to the flimsy fabric down the sides of the shoe, it does not hug my foot and constantly falls off my feet mind you I went a size down. It is not wearable for petite people. I have tried everything to make sure these heels don’t fall off and it is impossible, I’ve never had a problem with this styled heel up until now, Unless you have cankle’s to fill out the flimsy fabric good luck, i’m going to have to attach a lace up or buckled strap that hugs my ankle which is disappointing considering it defeats the purpose of this particular style. If the heel was made properly I wouldn’t have to alter it myself.
