Amazing! Well worth the upgrade

ME136 — 5 out of 5 stars

Purchased as an upgrade from lower model- zero regrets. Was torn between a normal coffee machine vs sticking with pods and have zero regrets for purchasing this! Smart technology ensures my machine is always running at it’s best, and crafting the perfect coffee to my liking.

Great coffee making machine

JTDT25 — 5 out of 5 stars

the machine has worked out very well for us and I only have one difficulty with the closing of the lid where it is a little bit tight. The milk washer works very very well.

Faulty after 3 months

Steam wand not working — 2 out of 5 stars

After only 3 months the steam wand won’t work and the orange light of death came up on my machine. Spent 50 mins on the phone with Nespresso customer service.  Followed all the trouble shoot procedures, descaled the machine and still the steam wand does not work.  Bought this machine  Due to having the ability to froth my milk as I am a milky coffee drinker.  Customer service arranging for the machine to be returned as still under warranty and will be without a machine for at least 2 weeks. I’m not then if it cannot be repaired will a replacement machine be sent out.  Not acceptable and really disappointed because this could be a fantastic machine and was before this issue happened 🥲
