Misleading Description: Loud Motor
Irene.T — 1 out of 5 stars
The product is described as having four high-quality wooden blades that are stylish and create a unique presence. It also claims to feature a quiet, energy-efficient 70W motor and an 8-hour timer. However, I received a fan with three blades instead of four, and the motor is actually very loud. I had it installed in my study office room and was extremely disappointed by the noise level. The description does not accurately reflect the actual product, which feels misleading.
Disappointing Service - Buy Elsewhere!
JSimone — 1 out of 5 stars
Purchased 4 fans and when installed realised one of the remotes didn't work. More than 2 months after trying to get a response to resolve the issue, blame goes back and forth between Myer and Devanti and I am left with a new fan that still doesn't work. Have ended up going to fair trading as can't get a resolution. Very disappointing service!
