This particular shape candle is consistently fault

Had this replaced twice but even the third one was faulty - this range is supposed to automatically switch off after 6 hours and switch back on after 18 hours. I have several in the range and this is the only one I’ve had to replace several times due to this fault. I shouldn’t have had to, but I purchased the remote so now I need the ongoing cost of batteries just to have this shape candle running correctly. None of the other shapes are affected by this fault, very bizarre.
