Have tried Italian-made Loison panettone before and they've always been great. First time trying this flavour and can honestly say this 500g loaf is divine and a firm favourite from my family. Good medium-sized loaf that's easy to cut and serve, and like other Loison products, comes in nicely decorated packaging; (makes a lovely gift too). Wonderful aromatic citrusy fragrance and the taste delivers perfectly - unlike the bigger lemon panettone, there's no lemon cream in this one - still as delicious in flavour that's not too sweet either and soft, light & fresh with a plentiful amount of sultanas and candied lemon peel throughout. Taste of natural, high quality ingredients comes through. A hazelnut glaze tops it off. Would definitely buy this brand again for their high quality products and thank you Myer for stocking these at Christmas.
