Not happy with this product

The quality is not the best. When we unpacked the boxes one of the chairs didn’t have a hole in the place where it should have and the sheet of instructions were for another product. The delivery was dictated by the company by text for Friday - no approximate time. I made arrangements to be available and waited. I rang the courier on Friday lunch time only to be advised the packages were still in Melbourne (we’re in Perth). They couldn’t tell me when they would be delivered but said to check Monday. They arrived on Monday and were left just inside the gate - I had to carry them to the front door and into the house. I only bought because of the Myer name - I won’t make that mistake again. I’m now waiting to see what Myer are going to do about the faulty chair.
