This is a quality pan, we are attempting to move away from non-stick cookware for health reasons, but what we didn't know is how amazing food would taste. We have even fried eggs, took a few tries to adjust, but now we can fry up the most delicious eggs, crispy on the outside and runny on the inside. Handle stays cool, easy to work with. Very happy with this pan.
