replacement of 'old' style non stick pan

This purchase replaces an 8in LeCruset saute pan I bought ~10yrs ago. It was a 'non-stick' pan that I loved and used more often than any other. It was showing some wear and tear and when I dropped it edge first the now bent pan was needing retirement. I read up on the new nonstick ceramic pans and figured to give it a try. I've only used it ~10 times, but I'm impressed. It is very slick, heats up evenly and cleans with a wipe. The heft is also nice, not as light as the previous pan and not as heavy as my cast iron LeCruset pan. A good purchase and given the quality I've come to expect I trust it will pass the test of time. If after a year it Performas as well, I'll change the rating to 5 star.

I wanted a little omelette pan for ages and this pan does the trick. Non stick is amazing, you hardly have to wash it.
