Le Creuset is synonymous with quality and longevity. The new generation ceramic fry pan is no exception. It cooks like a dream, very even heat distribution, with food sliding from the pan. Cleaning is easy as the non stick surface does it's job. It's an investment buy, but well worth the spend, as this pan, like it's cast iron cousins will be in the kitchen for many years to come.
