This is my second purchase of this cleanser. I like it because only a small amount is required to remove all traces of makeup. It does feel a little hard and gritty when first removed from the jar but once it is warmed up in my hands, it softens and smooths on easily over my face and neck. I follow up with a warm flannel to remove any residual oiliness.
