Great shirt, until it shrinks into a crop top

Bought 4 of these for work. Theyre holding their colour well, but have shrunk over the last few months despite cold washing, line drying. Now too short to wear comfortably. Ive undone the hem to add a little length. If you do buy this shirt, get it 2-3 sizes larger than you need.
