Good quality, beautiful soft leather. Nice and versatile for casual or can dress up. Pretty comfy! A very small amount of slip from your heel inside the shoe just as no ankle strap but that's to be expected. Im happy with the product as ordered online so it was a gamble! Iv had this brand before in different shoe and know they are top quality.
