Nice look, terrible quality!

These boots looked lovely. I ahve had them for two weeks. The heel fell off while I was driving. It simply disintegrated! They have barely been warn. There are no reasons for this to happen - I have a normal gait, am not overweight etc, and even if I was they should neve rhave fallen apart like this. Do not buy these boots. The quality of this brand has plummeted over time but I did not expect this.
