Crafted from hard anodised aluminium and finished with a Magneto base, these pans are extra tough and produce incredible results all on stovetops.
Each pan is finished with our diamond-reinforced ceramic non-stick coating which is free from PFAS chemicals while offering unparalleled performance and effortless cleaning. It's a smarter way to cook!
Do's:
- Preheat your pan at low to medium heat setting (ceramic non-stick = super quick heating)
- Add a small amount of oil or butter when preheating. Opt for coconut, peanut or vegetable oils that can withstand high heat
- We recommend using silicone and wood utensils for your coating to last longer
- Use pan protectors to store your cookware, that way you wont damage the non-stick coating
- Clean your cookware after each use, leftover fats can carbonise fast
- In case of a brownish layer (carbonisation) gently scrub with a melamine sponge and some plain water
Dont's:
- Avoid overheating to prevent food or oil from burning and carbonisation
- Avoid preheating at high temperatures
- Never let oil/butter smoke or burn
- Non-stick cooking sprays should never be used as they contain propellant that causes build-up and can damage the non-stick coating
- Avoid Virgin olive oil as this carbonises very quickly
