In an all-natural cream white colour that will brighten any kitchen, this pan from our Padova collection is more than its looks: duo forged hard anodised aluminium construction makes them extra tough and scratch-resistant while also promoting even heat distribution. It features our Thermolon healthy ceramic non-stick coating, which is reinforced with diamonds to make it ultra-durable and heat responsive (all free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium).

Do's:

  • Preheat your pan at low to medium heat setting (ceramic non-stick = super quick heating)

    • We recommend using silicone and wood utensils for your coating to last longer
    • Use pan protectors to store your cookware, that way you wont damage the non-stick coating
    • Clean your cookware after each use, leftover fats can carbonise fast
    • In case of a brownish layer (carbonisation) gently scrub with a melamine sponge and some plain water

     

    Dont's:

    • Avoid overheating to prevent food or oil from burning and carbonisation
    • Avoid preheating at high temperatures
    • Never let oil/butter smoke or burn
    • Non-stick cooking sprays should never be used as they contain propellant that causes build-up and can damage the non-stick coating
    • Avoid Virgin olive oil as this carbonises very quickly

    • Add a small amount of oil or butter when preheating. Opt for coconut, peanut or vegetable oils that can withstand high heat
