Disappointed -Missing Items Many not as advertised

I'm sure it would've been great, had I received everything I'd ordered. Chocolate hamper was left in hot sun with no email or text notification or even a door knock that it had been delivered. Luckily I opened the front door for something else, otherwise it would've sat there in the sun all day if not longer melting. At least 5 items were missing from hamper and most others had been replaced with something different to the items advertised. Myers offered to send a replacement, but by the time they got round to processing the replacement, they were out of stock, am still waiting on the refund at least 4 weeks later. So all in all, an extremely disappointing experience with this item. Noted that this item is sent direct from the external supplier, rather than Myers themselves as I discovered when I complained. I've never had issues with items sent by Myers.
