Poor Design - Misleading Information

This product is marketed as 'firm' on the Myer website, but it is anything but (in comparison to non-firm mattress toppers). The description is highly misleading to the consumer. Furthermore, because this is a third-party 'Marketplace' item, dealing with Myer has been fruitless. I have been given the runaround by their representatives for four weeks with no proactive attempt to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed.
