Was so excited to try. Have never used a ghd before and never had a good hair appliance. It is flimsy and twists in the hand and just would mot style even straight. So over rated. Went back to my cheap curler.

Pros: very lightweight, smooths hair well, easy to use Cons: too loud, and too hot, with no controls for noise or heat I used high quality heat protectant with every use, but my fine hair (which has never seen heat above 300 F) showed damage within the first week. I’ve discontinued use and am returning the product, sadly!
