Bleeds a lot

This eyeliner applicator is nice for getting at the waterline. But boy does it smudge and drip, above my eyelid within 30min creating that cheap sloppy look, and below my eyes within a couple of hours creating bags that otherwise aren’t there. I only line my top lash, not bottom, so there’s really no excuse. I would not recommend.
