How To Use:
- Step 1: starting at natural lash line, lift lashes with turbo lash mascara brush, curling and twisting it as you go from base to tip. Repeat to build.
- Step 2: apply turbo lash &343 brow serum at bedtime, after cleansing eye area. Lashes: apply along base of lashline, from inner corner to outer, and brush onto lashes. Brows: using short strokes, apply throughout the brow, end to end.
