We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note, exchanges are only available in-store. For online purchases, we’ll provide a refund instead.

Instructions for Use:
- Remove and dispose of old reeds from the diffuser
- Unscrew plastic cap from the pouch and fill the decanter to your desired level
- Place new reeds into decanter
- The reeds will absorb the oil and fill your room with a long- lasting fragrance
- 200ml of diffuser oil diffuses for up to 6 months
