Using the ice almost exclusively for ice packs for sports related injuries, the cubes often stay connected in a sheet when they harvest and need to be manually broken up. Though very easy to do, it would be better if they didn’t. There may be settings to help over come this but yet to explore. Otherwise, very happy with the product.
