How did we choose the materials for our cooking sets: Wechose 18/8 (304) stainless steel because it combines food safety and long-termresistance. It does not oxidise and prevents corrosion. It is very resistantand can be used with all types of utensils (including metal)
How did we choose the coating for our cooking sets:For the TREK500 range, we haven't used a non-stick coating so that you have avery simple product that is resistant to all conditions of use or washing. Nomore wondering how to carry it, or wash it without damaging it
How did we choose the plastics for our cooking sets: Polyamide(cutlery), polypropylene (plate, handle) and Tritan (lid) were chosen becausethey are lightweight and very resistant to heat (at least 100C), knocks anddistortion. Be careful not to place the plastic parts in direct contact with aflame
How best to use your cooking set: Our cooking setsare compatible with all types of fires (wood, gas, induction, etc.). Thesaucepan has a patented 2-part folding handle that locks the lid duringtransport. The lid fits the saucepan, heats food faster and also serves as astrainer. The bowl has a structured design that reduces heat transfer and canhold a gas cartridge (230 g screw cartridge) for transportation. The cutleryfolds for easy storage
