The ChefX kusunoki knife range is made from the highest quality 420J2 Japanese Stainless Steel. Combining individual craftsmanship with the latest technology, the Kusunoki knife range is ideal of the modern day kitchen.

Generally these knives are good, sharp and well balanced. However after about 10 months one of the knives weight in the handle came loose and now rattles in the knife making it very annoying to use. I am trying to contact Myer to discuss an exchange or refund, the Experience Centre told me to ring the store, the store does not answer and calls ring out. I read online these knives have a lifetime craftmanship warranty so I think I will need to go instore to get it sorted.

Great knives until the handle weights become loose

Knives initially very sharp. After about 8 months the weight in one of the knives became loose rendering it almost useless from the rattle.
