Joy Bucket Bag in Blush by Cellini I absolutely love the Cellini brand, so I was really excited to take the Joy Bucket Bag in Blush with me on our 14-day trip to the USA. I specifically chose it because I wanted something lightweight, practical and easy to travel with. As all mums know, when youβre rushing to get everything organised before a big trip, packing your handbag is inevitably left until the last minute! π I threw all my essentials into a plastic bag with the plan to sort everything out at the airport, where we had a two-plus-hour wait. Imagine my shock when I finally opened my new bag and discovered that the inside pocket had been sewn to the top of the bag, making that entire side of the pocket unusable. π© Unfortunately, I had no opportunity to exchange the bag before we left. It may sound like a small manufacturing issue, but when you're travelling, having your essentials organised and easily accessible is so important. Throughout the trip, I found myself leaving things behind in rideshares β including my reading glasses, sunglasses and even my phone β because I couldn't organise everything properly in the bag. I was disappointed because I genuinely love the Cellini brand and expected better. When we returned home, I took the bag back to Myer. It had unfortunately picked up a stain during our travels, but I simply wanted to let them know that the bag hadn't been fit for its intended purpose. To my surprise, they kindly offered me a full refund, which I certainly wasn't expecting and really appreciated. So, while this particular bag was a disappointment, the way Myer handled the situation restored some of my faith in the brand and their customer service. β€οΈ
