I bought this camera four years ago and have several issues with it, from slow auto focus sometimes too slow to capture subject. Auto exposure bracketing does not work. Wi fi communication does not work. Battery life very short and will expire with no warning. Camera too complex with more time spent reading manual than taking pictures.

This little camera was my go-to for many years. It's full-frame but still light and small enough that I can use it without getting sore hands. Really well-priced for a full-frame, it was my first real 'professional' camera. Even though I now have an R5, my RP still goes with me everywhere as my backup.

I have 5D Mark3 and got a little tired of lugging it around, so when the mirrorless cameras came out, the little RP with an adaptor for all my lenses seemed to make sense - and it did! It gives sufficient resolution for those everyday shots with a great processor and no tired shoulders from carrying around. I have teamed it with a 35mm lens to give me a lightweight and versitile camera. Recently I spent 4 weeks in Japan, and the RP was all I took. It has sufficiend auto focus points for quick sharp focus and a traditional view finder for an old hand like me plus a rear screen which can fold out to get those shots from crazy pespectives or that the younger generation need to use the camera. My wife likes the feature where I can make the camera a hot spot and after connection, she can download my photos to her phone and post on socials. I can still use the raw images to make all the adjustments needed with the supplied software.
