This neck support does its job and moulds after a time to your sleeping angles. My issue it it's too tall on my neck and flat on the underside, and presses up on my ears, and doesn't sit under my chin as it suggests it should. Perhaps my neck is shorter than others. Originally purchased due to all 5 star reviews. Maybe if the sides were less tall or curved more it might be better for me personally. Materials are good just not quite the right shape though. Still usable, light and compact. Good if your taller.
