The optimally engineered 2400 Watt element ensures searing heat across the entire cooking surface including the bottom and sides, while the thick aluminium layers maintain the high heat necessary for crisp stir fries.
Searing heat: The probe has various cooking settings from caramilise, simmer, steam, fry and stir-fry with temperatures up to a searing 218C, emulating authentic Asian style gas cooking.
Powerful 8l wok with steamer: 38 cm diameter, 8 litre capacity. Ideal for stir frys, steaming, braising and sauting.
Innovative heating element: Similar to cooking with gas, the Butterfly heating element evenly distributes heat up the high wall to (218C, bringing real Asian flare to the at-home kitchen).
Steaming functionality: Not limited to Asian stir-fry, insert the high capacity stainless steel steaming tray to steam a 2kg duck, 2 plate sized snappers or 8 BBQ pork buns and up to 16 dumplings.
Dishwasher safe: When youre done, unlock the bowl from the base and simply wipe it down or place the bowl into the dishwasher. Premium PFOA free non-stick will keep cleaning easy. Tempered glass lid is also dishwasher safe.
