- How To Use: Soak a cotton pad with Hydrabio H2O. Gently cleanse and/or remove makeup from your face and eyes. Re-apply until the cotton pad becomes clean. Gently pat the skinto dry it. Do not rinse. For daily use, morning and/or night.
