Royal Albert 100 Years Festival 1950s Mug

Style trends were inspired by atomic structures, spiky architecture and crystals and these elements are reflected in this design.  Harebells, dandelion seed-heads and ferns are delicately drawn to emphasise the natural shape of each form and are grouped into a single floral spray that dominates the pattern, finished with a vivid blue boarder.
