What counts as a Christmas tree under 6 ft?

Any Christmas tree shorter than 6 ft, or around 1.8 metres tall, falls into this category. The range includes everything from compact floor-standing trees to potted and tabletop styles for smaller spaces.

Are small Christmas trees available pre-lit?

Yes. Many trees under 6 ft come pre-lit for a quick set-up, while others are traditional and unlit. Browse the pre-lit range if you prefer lights already attached.

Where can I put a compact Christmas tree?

Compact trees can bring a little Christmas magic almost anywhere, from living room corners and hallway consoles to tabletops and home offices. Potted styles can also work near an entrance or in a sheltered outdoor space.

How do I decorate a small tree?

Choose smaller baubles and decorations to keep everything in proportion, then finish with a topper suited to the tree’s size.

Are small trees a good option for renters?

Yes. Compact and tabletop trees are easy to set up, move and pack away, making them a handy choice for apartments and rental homes where space is limited.

What brands of compact Christmas trees does Myer stock?

Myer stocks new and returning festive brands each season, so the tree range is regularly refreshed, with compact options spanning pre-lit, traditional, green and snow-frosted styles.

How do I store a small artificial tree?

Gently compress the branches and pack the tree in its original box or a suitably sized storage bag. Keep it somewhere dry and protected so it’s ready to come out again next Christmas.

Can I use a small tree as a second tree?

Absolutely. A compact tree can add an extra festive touch to a bedroom, home office, hallway or kids’ space while a larger tree takes centre stage in the living room.

Does Myer offer free delivery on Christmas trees?

Yes. Myer offers free delivery on eligible orders over $99, as well as Click & Collect. Note that most trees are available for delivery only. See our Delivery and Click & Collect page.

What is Myer's returns policy?

Myer accepts returns within the stated returns window, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. See our returns policy page for full details.
