Bed shops typically show queen sized beds, so you can get a sense for whether you need something a touch bigger or smaller.
  2. When choosing a frame or base, take into account your bedroom aesthetic and style preferences: Low profile box frames offer a sleek, modern look. Frames with under-bed storage are a clever way to save space. Built-in headboards can save money, while frames without give you the option of buying a separate headboard in a style of your choice.
